Our Story
True Dairy is a small artisan dairy in Cornwall, founded by a family of cheesemakers from Ukraine.
For years, we have crafted fresh cheeses for chefs and food lovers who value exceptional flavour and quality. Inspired by Cornwall’s rich dairy tradition and the finest local milk, we bring the same care and craftsmanship to every batch.
Our Stracciatella is luxuriously soft and creamy, with the pure, delicate taste of fresh milk — perfect for both simple indulgence and elegant pairings.

Who We Are
Dmytro and Elena Rozhkov moved to the UK in 2022, displaced by the war in Ukraine. Dmytro is a chef and restaurateur, who found a love of making cheese, when he needed a unique, high quality product for his cuisine. With his wife Elena, they are translating their tremendous success in Ukriane by using local Cornish dairy to introduce the UK to a whole new world of cheeses.
